My family and friends were please with the exceptional service we received from a very professional and considerate staff. Everything was organized and well presented. I don’t think my mother could have asked for a better service.

Ardelia Roggenkamp Moore, 98, of Mt. Washington, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013 at her home.
She was the former Ardelia Miller, a graduate of Louisville Girls High School, a former volunteer for Baptist Hospital and the American Red Cross, a member of Mt. Washington Senior Citizens and the First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington.She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harry F. Roggenkamp and Marvin Moore; Her parents, Albert Jacob and Dora Cundiff Miller;A son, Harry M. Roggenkamp;and siblings, Ernest Miller and Edith Clark Chism.
Ardelia is survived by her daughter Sandra Roggenkamp Hale (Kenneth);A daughter-in-law, Jean A. Roggenkamp;
One brother, A. J. Miller, Jr.; a sister-in-law, Clara R. Hermanson;
Five grandchildren, Gloria McCawley-Mudd, Barbara Biven, David Roggenkamp, Clark Hale (Amanda) and Bailey Hale; along with 8 Great Grandchildren & 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church Mt. Washington Coakley Chapel with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will begin after 10 a.m. Tuesday until time of service at the church.
