Anibal M. De Santos

Anibal M. De Santos, 89, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Baptist Health.  He was a native of Lisbon, Portugal, and was a retired plant manager for Ashland Chemical Company.  He enjoyed the PGA, and watching football, especially the New York Giants.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann De Santos; his parents, Leandro and Maria De Santos; and three brothers, John, Armindo and Jose Carlos.  Anibal is survived by three sons, Arthur De Santos, Michael Lovio (Cheryl), and Mark Lovio; siblings, Larry, Henry, Phoebe, and Rosie; along with two grandchildren, Kimberly and Michael Lovio.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until time of service on Saturday.  Memorial gifts are suggested to the Kentucky Humane Society.
