Ann Elizabeth (Thomas) Gabbard

Ann Elizabeth Gabbard, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at Baptist Health.  She was the former Ann Thomas, a native of Washington County, KY, and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.   She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Lee Gabbard.  Ann is survived by one daughter, Sandra Chapman;  one sister, Mickey; along with four beloved grandchildren, Samuel Treyton Gabbard, LeAndra Marie Greenwell (Ricky), Eden McKenzie Gabbard (John), Natalie Rae Gabbard;  one great granddaughter, Kaylee; and a host of nieces and nephews, including Mary Crady (Tommy), whom helped care for her.  Visitation and services will all be private.  Burial will take place in the Willisburg Cemetery.  Memorial gifts in her memory are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
