Arthur Lee Sewell III

Arthur Lee Sewell III, 32, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024.  He was an avid hunter, enjoyed fishing and the outdoors, and was Catholic by faith.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Arthur and Donna Faye Sewell Jr.  Arthur is survived by four children, Isabel, Savannah, Arthur IV, and Henry Sewell; one sister, Sarah Sewell-Foster (Justin); his best friends, Johnny and Alan McCauley, Cody Stamper, and Holden Brown; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.  A memorial service will be 7 p.m.  on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Friends may visit from 3 p.m. until time of memorial on Thursday.
