Barbara Lynn (Owen) Bullock

Barbara Lynn Bullock, 74, of Taylorsville, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at her home.  Barbara was born on May 16, 1951 in Louisville, KY, to the late Clarence Arthur Owen and the late Josephine Ceciel Scavuzzo.  She was a retired medical transcriptionist.  She enjoyed line dancing, riding motorcycles, spending time at the beach and most importantly her family and friends.  Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Mike Bullock; one daughter, Jessica Bullock; along with two sisters, Frances Owen (David) and Nancy Breitenstein (Michael).  A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, October 10, 2025 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home in Mt. Washington.  Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until time of service.  Memorial gifts are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.
