Betty Dean (Lasley) Harris

Betty Dean Harris, 65, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Baptist Health. She was a former lunchroom worker for JCPS and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Bruce A. Harris, Sr.; her parents, Charles and Grace Webb Lasley. Betty is survived by her husband of 45 years, Keith Harris; two sons, Lonnie (Candi) and Steve Harris; two brothers, Roger Lasley and Joseph Rollman, Sr.; four grandchildren, Bruce Jr., Tyler, Keith, Jordan, and Cameron; and four great grandchildren, Kylie, Paislee, Cash and James Allen. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2020 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 12 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 11 a.m. Friday.
