Betty Ann (Crenshaw) Worman, 81, of Louisville, passed away November 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family, friends, and caregivers. Betty was born in Mt. Washington, Ky. on July 15, 1940 to the late Clyde and Wanda Crenshaw. She was a member of the Mount Washington High School Class of 1958 and the First Baptist Church Mount Washington. In 1972, she married her late husband and love of her life, Jim Worman. They moved to Florida, where they lived for 34 years until relocating to Louisville, Ky. in 2005. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Tindle. She is survived by five step-children, Joel (Char), Mark (Ann Marie), Lee, Sheri, and Kelly; four brothers, Charles, Jim (Betty), Leonard (Kathy), and Freddie Crenshaw; two sisters, Nancy Humphrey (Alton) and Mabel Warrenburg (Jim); along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may visit 1-5 p.m. Sunday and after noon on Monday. The family wishes to thank all of her caregivers, including Hosparus, for all of their wonderful, loving care during the last season of her life. In lieu of flowers, please make all memorial contributions to Hosparus of Louisville or the American Diabetes Association. Per the family's request, please wear a mask at all times while visiting.
