Bonnie Marie Blankenship, 72, of Louisville, passed away November 14, 2025. She was retired from Pegasus Transportation. She was a member of the Okolona Women's Club, where she was on the libraries and education committee and she was involved with Habitat for Humanity, where she served a the chairman of the books and education committee. Bonnie was also a part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and the Salem Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert, Sr. and Henrietta LInder; her loving husband, Ken Blankenship; along with her sister, Linda Blackwell. She is survived by her son, Tom Utterback (Amy); a brother, Robert C. Linder, Jr.; a nephew, Greg Blackwell; along with her grandchildren, Brooks and Emmy, whom she adored. In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home. Friends may gather from 2 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers and gifts, please make all contributions to the PICU at Norton's Children's Hospital.
