Bryan Edward Gifford

Bryan Edward Gifford, 53, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.  He was a native of Grayson, KY, a realtor with Semonin Realtors, and the co-owner of Universal Auction Group.  Bryan was a member and Past Master of Salt River Masonic Lodge #180 F&AM, Kosair Shrine Temple, Louisville Radio Control Club, and Indiana Traditional Bow Hunters Association.  He was an avid outdoorsman.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Gifford.  He was survived by his loving wife, Myra Gifford; one daughter, Lauren Skala (Tyler); his mother, Barbara Gifford; one brother, Keith Gifford; his beloved grandson, Harlen Skala; a bonus dad, Darryl Hammond (Diane); a niece, Kala Adamson (David); along with a host of extended family and many friends.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at Calvary Christian Center, 11829 Hwy 44 E, Mt. Washington, with burial to follow in Dickerson Cemetery, Grayson, KY.  Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Friday at the church.  There will be a Masonic Service held 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorial gifts are suggested to Kentucky Wounded Heroes, Inc.  c/o Middletown City Hall, P.O.
