Carl Rogers Obituary

Carl Thomas Rogers, 72, of Taylorsville, passed away January 3, 2021.

He was a former self-employed medical equipment sales representative, a United States Army Veteran,  the co-founder of Heart of My City/Room in the Inn, and attended Church of the Crossroads, Mt. Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Lizzie Hilbert Rogers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pam; one son, Rockford Rogers; three daughters, Sunshine Leach, Summer Lewis, and Candice Clemens; one step-son, Philip Dennison; one step-daughter, Rebecca Dennison;  two brothers, William and Brad Rogers; three sisters, Mary Bryant, Martha Rogers, and Joyce Hullum; along with seven grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen.  A memorial visitation will be held Thursday at the Mount Washington First Assembly of God from 4-6:30 p.m. with a memorial service to follow, with all being livestreamed.  To access the memorial service, please go to Pastor Phil Walton's Facebook page.   A burial celebration will take place at a later date.
