Carolyn Jo Wolfe, 76, of Louisville, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Lee and Mary Bell Mattingly; and twelve siblings. Carolyn is survived by her son, Gerald Wolfe (Donetta); along with three grandchildren, Haylee, Camren, and Ethan. Cremation was chosen.
