Carrie Pratt (Eldridge) Hall

Carrie Pratt Hall, 77, of Shepherdsville, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Norton Hospital.  She was the former Carrie Eldridge, a former employee of V.G. Reed, and a member of First Christian Church of Mt Washington.  She enjoyed horseback riding, motorcycle riding, reading, sewing, gardening, and camping.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, James W. Pratt; her parents, Willie and Corrine Eldridge; and a brother, Owen Eldridge.  Carrie is survived by her husband, Dennis Hall;  two sons, Jimmy (Melissa) and Roger (Melissa) Pratt; a stepdaughter, Debora Campbell; two sisters, Lydia Karr and Nellie Best; along with grandchildren, Jim Pratt, Megan Pratt, Brandi-Lynn Pratt, Samantha Pratt, and Lauren Hilbert; and twelve great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday.
