Carroll Thomas Barnett

Carroll Thomas Barnett, 71, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025 at his home.  Carroll was born on June 11, 1954 to the late Wilson Thomas and Evelyn Barnett.  He was a retired carpenter, who enjoyed the outdoors and hunting.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen Barnett.  Carroll is survived by two sons, Bobby Barnett (Stephanie) and Tommy Hall (Laura); three sisters, Beverly Hill, Connie Gnagie, and Brenda Dewitt; two brothers, Arnold and Dan Barnett; along with two grandchildren, Lily Hall and Maeble Barnett.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.  A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, Mt. Washington.
