Charles Edward Weible, 85, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at his home. Charles was born on October 31, 1938 to the late John Albert and Mary Josephine Weible in Owensboro, KY. He was a retired car hauler and served as the pastor for Grace Union Baptist Church. He loved working in ministry and serving others. He was also a former chaplain for Teamsters Local 89 and member of Central Baptist Association. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting coins, muscle cars, and drag racing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Wilma Ruth Weible; his son-in-law, Greg Argo; along with three siblings, James, Donald, and Mary Catherine. Charles is survived by three children, Tim Weible (Jackie), Cindy Ballard (Barry), and Janice Argo; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Derick, Joshua, Brittany, and Cortney (Chad); along with three great grandchildren, Elijah, Olivia, and Ava Jane. Funeral service will be Noon on Friday, May 31, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday.
