Charlotte Ann Goodman, 84, of Mt. Washington, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Charlotte was the former Charlotte Cochran, born in Nashville, TN, moved to Detroit, Michigan, and settled in Mt. Washington. She was a homemaker and an avid horse lover. She was a member of numerous equestrian associations, Hackney Horse Society, South Central Hackney Association, American Saddlebred Horse Association, Central Kentucky Horse Show Association, U.S. Trotting Association, UPHA, USEF, a lifetime member of Kentucky American Saddlebred Pleasure Horse Association, as well as a lifetime member of the NRA. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Seiter; her parents, Walker E. and Ann Elizabeth Cochran; and a sister, Judy Yates.
Charlotte is survived by two sons, David (Aroon “Ley”) and John (Jiniece) Goodman; her son-in-law, Rick Seiter; along with seven grandchildren, Taylor, Kevin, Spencer, Justin, Erin, Brian, and Billy; and twelve great grandchildren, Brady, Kade, Ellie, Willow, Allison, Bailey, Nicolas, Natalie, Olivia, Oliver, Sterling, and Aleena.
Friends may visit from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Goodman will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery. Memorial gifts are suggested to donor's favorite charity.
