Obituary
Daisy Mae Coulter, 84, of Mt. Washington, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at her home. She was a retired hair stylist, a faithful Christian, and member of Summit Hills Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling, her lake life, fishing, and all kinds of games, especially Scrabble. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Nora Phillips; and two brothers, J.W. and Floyd Phillips. Daisy is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Randall "Johnny" Coulter; four children, Terri Miller, Sandy Coulter, Angela Deeley (Ronnie), and Randy Coulter (Jackie); and siblings, Kendall Phillips, Happy Phillips, Dorothy Tarter, Harold Phillips, Hugh Allen Phillips, Connie Phillips, and Judy O'Keefe; along with eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2023 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may visit on Thursday from 1 to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. on Friday.
