David Eric Bland

David E. Bland, 80, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Baptist Health.  David was a native of Campbellsville, KY, a retired employee of Dean Foods, a member of Salt River Masonic Lodge #180, and an Army veteran.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Izetta Bland; his parents, Delmar and Millie Bland; and a brother, Lynwood Bland.  David is survived by two daughters, Robin Wimsatt and LaTanya Bland; one son, Michael Bland; three sisters, Brenda Eastridge, Janet Wesley, and Joyce Sprague; one brother, Donnie Bland; along with seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and two on the way.  Friends may visit Monday, February 15, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with a graveside immediately following at the Mt. Washington Cemetery.
