Deanna Lee (Merker) Stallings

Deanna Lee Stallings, 79, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Wednesday, May 5, 2021.  She was the former Deanna Merker, a retired insurance agent, a member of Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 552, and Mt. Washington United Methodist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Stallings; and her parents, Hilbert and Willa Mae Merker.  Deanna is survived by three daughters, Tammi Kennedy (Michael), Norma Stone (Mark), and Terri Stallings-Booth (Steve); three sisters-in-law, Eula Proctor, Eva Grimm, and Eleanor Vires; six grandchildren, Leslie (Pat), Emily (Blake), Hannah (Jeremiah), McKenzie, Noah, and Lucas; and four great grandchildren, Call, Kelby, Kait, and Landon.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at McFarland -Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday.  Memorial gifts are suggested to Hosparus of Louisville.
