Emilio Garcia-Moreno

Emilio Garcia-Moreno, 38, of Louisville, passed away June 18, 2024 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.  He was a groom in the equine industry and a Catholic by faith.  He is survived by his parents, Emiliano Garcia Jiminez and Rafaela Moreno De Garcia; one brother, Rosendo Garcia Moreno; along with four sisters, Justina, Irais, Irma, and Maria Guadalupe Garcia Moreno.  A funeral mass will be celebrated 7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Rita Catholic Church.  Burial will take place at a later date in Salvador Diaz Miron, Misantla, Veracruz, Mexico.  Friends may visit 5-8 p.m. Monday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  A prayer vigil will be held 5:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
