Floyd David Inscho, 87, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Baptist Health Louisville. Floyd was born on November 24, 1937 in Flint, Michigan to the late Floyd W. and Frances Lemon. He was a retired systems technician for AT&T, a retired head mechanic and school bus driver for the Spencer County School System, and an Army veteran. He loved horses and mules, and in his younger years, worked with the rodeo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janet; two children, David Inscho and Jean Ruhl; a grandson, Jason Lee Coulter; and his siblings, Ruth, Florence, Joanne, Janet, and Louis. Floyd is survived by one daughter, Lorie Coulter (Jeffrey); an adopted daughter, Amanda Hanson; along with six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home. Friends may visit with the family from 3 p.m. until time of service on Tuesday.
