Franklin Scarborough Jr., 71, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at University of Louisville Hospital. He was a native of Macon Georgia and a retired IT Specialist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Dorothy Scarborough. He is survived by one sister, Trina Vaughn. His wishes were to be cremated.
