Fred McDaniel II

Fred McDaniel, II, 69, of Taylorsville, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.  He was a retired truck driver, served his country in the U.S. Air Force, loved his family and friends, and enjoyed being a member of "Crystal's Coffee Club".  He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred McDaniel and Dorothy Lowden; a brother, Mark McDaniel.   Fred is survived by two children, Shaun McDaniel (Nikki) and Maria Bailey (David); mother of his children, Janice McDaniel; two sisters, LouAnn Buechele (Rick) and Ruthie Sanford Heightchew (Barry); brothers,  Lonnie McDaniel (Yun), Russell Lowden (Lisa), Michael Lowden (Melissa), Robert Jeffries (Andrea);  sister-in-law, Kris McDaniel; along with one grandson, Logan McDaniel.  Cremation was chosen.  A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday, September 16 at the Spencer County Chamber of Commerce.  The family invites you to come share food, memories, and laughter.
