Frederick August Lampe

Frederick August Lampe, 70, of Louisville, returned to the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.  He was a native of Peoria, IL, a retired counselor of North Metro Social Services in Denver, Colorado, and a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.  He was preceded in death by his late wife, Paula Mittleton Lampe; his parents, Joseph and Katherine Lampe; and a brother, Joseph G. Lampe.  Fred is survived by his wife, Patricia Lampe; one son, Dylan Miezwa (Cassie); three stepchildren, Jason Dugas (Tami), Heather Mann (Mark), and Jarrod Dugas (Kelly); along with nine grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and a host of extended family.  A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Memorial gifts are suggested to his church, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 115 Stringer Lane, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.
