Freida Jane (Middleton) Keeling

Freida Jane Keeling, 80, of Bloomfield, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at her home.  She was a retired CNA.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nancy Middleton; a son, Ricky Hall; two sisters, Louise Sprieir and Fay Burden; along with three grandchildren, Justin Ammons, Lydia Hankins, and Matthew "Pee Wee" Vires.  She is survived by two sons, Robby and David Rogers; one daughter, Linda Downs; a brother, Ray Middleton; along with nine grandchildren and a host of great and great-great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville.  Friends may visit 5-8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. on Saturday.
