James Finis Huber

James Finis Huber, 80, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Baptist Health.  He was a native of Marion County, KY, a retired employee of General Electric where he worked for 28 ½ years, and a member of IUE Local 761.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Myrtle Huber; a brother, Ricky Huber; and his son-in-law, Daniel Dooley.  He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Judy Huber;  three daughters, Kim Wheeler (Brent), Jennifer Dooley, and Dana Chissom (Mark);  two sisters, Jewell Burris (Russell) and Regenia Wright (Keith);  one brother, Harvey Huber (Linda); along with six grandchildren, Austin Wheeler, Zachary Dooley, Adam Wheeler, Nick Dooley, Alex Wheeler, and Cameron Chissom.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday.  Memorial gifts in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer Association.
