James "Mike" Michael Leonhardt

James Michael Leonhardt, 73, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  Mike was born on June 1, 1952 in Louisville, KY to the late James Harold and Ruth McDaniel Leonhardt.  He was the owner operator of Leonhardt's Auto repair in Mt. Washington.   He enjoyed his time on the lake, fishing, and working on old cars.  Mike is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna McHenry Leonhardt; daughters, Amanda Link, Jana Hudson and granddaughters, Olivia and Sophia Hudson, daughter, Christie Shortt and grandchildren, Emalie, Ethan, and Elissa Shortt; one sister, Connie Gauer; along with his beloved beagle, Daisy Mae.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.
