Jeffery DeWayne Hardin

Jeffery DeWayne Hardin, 69, of Bardstown, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024 at University of Louisville Hospital.  Jeffery was born on August 17, 1955 in Spencer County, KY to the late Ray and Elizabeth Hardin.  He had been attending Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  He enjoyed fishing and watching movies.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Daniel Hardin; a sister, Brenda Sue Watts; and a nephew, Andrew Burkhead.  Jeffery is survived by a son, Daniel; two brothers, Larry Ray and Joseph Richard Hardin; three sisters, Linda Sue Hicks, Debra Jean Clements, and Sharon Hardin; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.  In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.  A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2024 at the Mt. Washington Cemetery.
