Jerry Lee Ousley

Jerry Lee Ousley, 83, of Sylacauga, AL, returned to the Lord on Sunday, September 15, 2024 in Mt. Washington, KY.  He was a retired accountant for Kimberly-Clark Paper Company where he worked for over 30 years, served in the National Guard, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Sylacauga Alabama.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Jones Ousley; his parents, Wade and Lelia Walker Ousley; one sister, Lois Suddeth; and a brother-in-law, Therman Waldrop.  Jerry is survived by two sons, Clay and Derrick (Dawn) Ousley; one brother, Jack Ousley (Charlotte); a sister, Estelle Waldrop; a brother-in-law, Joe Suddeth; along with three grandchildren, Walker, Ryan, and Katie Ousley.  Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2024 at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 N. Elm Ave. Sylacauga, Alabama, with burial to follow in Alpine Cemetery, Chilton County, AL.   Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until time of services on Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to be made to Kings Baptist Church, 989 Kings Church Road, Taylorsville, KY 40071.
