Jerry Gale Rummage

Jerry Gale Rummage, 78, of Bardstown, passed away February 20, 2025 at the Life Care Center, Bardstown.  He was the retired owner of Jerry Rummage and Son Trucking, a life-long farmer, and a United States Army Veteran.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim B. and Hattie Rummage; a sister, Alberta Mattingly; along with a grand-daughter, Brittany Marks.  He is survived by his son, Jarriett Rummage (Susan); a daughter, Myra Dillon (Rick); 6 grandchildren, Layne Rummage (Lauren), Lillie Sivil (Nick), Tara DiFranco (Charlie), Alliyah Qamhawi, Sully Qamhawi, and Hannah Dillon; along with 5 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with cremation to follow.  Friends may visit 3-6 p.m. Tuesday.  His final resting place will be with his family in Riverview Baptist Cemetery.
