Jerry Wayne Whitehouse

Jerry Wayne Whitehouse, 71, of Mt. Washington, passed away February 14, 2021 at Baptist Health Louisville.

He was retired from the state of Kentucky’s Department of Transportation, a graduate of Mount Washington High School, Class of 1967, a member of Kings Baptist Church, and a member of the University of Kentucky Alumni Association and Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Irene Whitehouse; along with a sister, Peggy Beatty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Cox Whitehouse; one son, Jeremy Whitehouse (Beth); a daughter, Rachel Whitehouse (Kyle); a sister, Mary Ann Coomer; along with a grand-daughter, Olivia Whitehouse.

Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, February 23 at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit 4-7 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
