Joyce Ann (Petrie) Clay

Joyce Ann Clay, 68, of Louisville, returned to the Lord on Friday, November 6, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Horace N. Petrie; and a sister, Mary Hayden.  Joyce is survived by her son, Patrick Clay (Amy); her mother, Alice Petrie; two brothers, Clifford Earl Petrie and Anton Tyler Osborne; one sister, Barbara Catlett; two grandchildren, Alyssa Brie-Anna Clay and Jadea Marie Rice; three great grandchildren, Payton Lynn Jefferies, Braylinn Lee Clay-Colvin, and Ryder Conlin Rice-Hoff; along with her niece, Joy Parks, Nephew, Tyler Hayden, and great niece, Malia Hughes.  A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until 12:45 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, Mt. Washington, KY.  Torre Starnes, Sly Bland, Jeroy Hayden, Joe Hayden, Trenton Hoff, and Austin Colvin will serve as pallbearers.
