Justin Scott Rowland

Justin Scott Rowland, 23, of Ekron, KY, passed away January 18, 2020.  He was a electrician for Ginn Electric, a United States Army Veteran, and loved the outdoors.  He was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Rowland.  He is survived by his mother, Cindy Hedden Hughes (Robert); his grandmother, Rorine Bayer; grandparents, Mike and Lisa Hedden; three uncles, Lee Rowland and Michael and Joshua Hedden; one aunt, Gina Hedden; along with his faithful companion, Hank.  Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home. Friends may visit Wednesday from noon until time of service. Burial will take place Wednesday, January 29, 2020 10 a.m. at the Mount Washington Cemetery.
