Katelynn Nichole Mudd

Katelynn Nichole Mudd, 27, of Taylorsville, passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Norton Women and Children's Hospital.  She was a 2013 graduate of Bullitt East High School.   She enjoyed coloring, playing bingo, and being with her family.  She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ricky Hall; and an uncle, Matthew Vires.  Katelynn is survived by her mother, Carrie Hall (Benji); two children, Joseph Paxton Keith and Josee Preslynn Johnson; two sisters, Lauren Mudd and Ayvah Hall; three brothers, Michael Wright, Jacob Hall, and Kayden Hall; her grandparents, Alice Seigle, Charles Seigle, and Judy Hall; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.  Funeral services will be 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 10 a.m. Thursday.  Memorial gifts are suggested to  be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
