Linda Ann Minch

Linda Ann Minch, 88, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Norton Women and Children's Hospital.  Linda was born on December 22, 1937 in Shelby County, KY to the late James Graves and Leona Goins Graves.  She was a retired security guard for Jim Beam Distilleries.  She enjoyed working in her flowers, gardening, and canning her vegetables.  She was also a huge University of Kentucky basketball fan, whenever they played she was cheering them on.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her only sister, Hilda Morgan.  Linda is survived by two daughters, Kathy Swanson and Lisa James; two sons, Darryl Clark (Kathy) and Lance Minch; three grandchildren, Brandon Clark (Jessica), Chris Clark (Alyce), and Jess Cureton (Travis); along with five great grandchildren, Grayson, Harper, Brooklyn, Everlee Jo, and Madelyn Clark.  Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2026 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until time of services on Friday.
