Margaret Evelyn Kwoka Easley, 74, went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2020. Marge was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 27, 1945. She graduated from Harding High School in 1964. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mt. Washington. She was a beloved swimming teacher and bowling coach to children of both Jefferson and Bullitt County. She was PTA and Band Booster President of Bullitt East High School. She was married to Richard V. Easley for 48 years. Marge was a devoted and caring wife, sister, daughter, mother, grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Evelyn Kwoka. Left to cherish her memory are Richard Easley; three children, Kimberley Lentz (James), Stacey King (Ron), and Richard Easley (Wende); two brothers, David (Judy) and Michael Kwoka; along with 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren on the way. Marge's life will be remembered and celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2020 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Francis Cemetery. Friends may visit on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.
