Maria Carolyn Fitts

Maria Carolyn Fitts, 25, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.  Maria was born on November 8, 1999 in Rota, Spain to Ricky and Mercedes Fitts.  She was a 2017 graduate of Bullitt East High School and was a CNA.  She enjoyed Harry Potter and loved "Hello Kitty".  In her short life,  she lived in Japan, Spain, and the United States.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Anthony Fitts, as well as a host of extended family and friends here and in Spain.  Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2025 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until time of service.
