Mark was a devoted father and grandfather, loving his family unconditionally. He was an avid gun collector, enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and the beach. He was a zealous dog lover, having many dogs throughout his life. He also enjoyed running and ran several mini marathons in the Louisville area. Mark is survived by his daughters, Jessica Long and Kelly Crank (Andy); his sister, Denise Andrews (Lee); four grandchildren, Abigail Speevack, Zach and Tyler Long, and Gabriel Crank; along with many friends and bonus family that loved him dearly. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Mount Washington Cemetery. Friends may visit beginning at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that all memorial contributions be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
