Marshall Lawrence Hart

Marshall Lawrence Hart, 89, of Mt. Washington, passed away August 10, 2023 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  He was a United States Army Veteran, a retired employee of General Electric, and attended Mt. Washington Church of Christ.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Alpha and Ruth Hart.  He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Smith Hart; a sister, Christine Carter; along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.  Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with entombment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.  Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Hosparus.
