Mary Ann (Hardin) Patton

Mary Ann Patton (Hardin)  74, of Mt. Washington, returned to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at Green Meadows Health Care Center. She was a devoted homemaker and wife to her husband, and a proud mother and grandmother.  She loved reading, playing her accordion, and her family.  Mary loved the Lord and playing her accordion for Him through the years in her church, First Assembly of God in Mt. Washington She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Christine Barnes; her father, Eddison Hardin;  and a sister, Wilma Louise; and a grandson, Derek Chesser.  Mary is survived by her husband Robert Patton;  one daughter, Pam Chesser (Kevin); a sister, Catherine (Bill); along with two granddaughters, Faith and Courtney.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville, KY.  Friends may visit Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorial gifts in her memory are suggested to be made to her church.
