Melinda Goodman

Melinda S. Goodman, 50, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Baptist Health Louisville.  She was a homemaker who enjoyed camping, shopping, and time at the beach.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Georgetta Hudspeth Sr.; and two brothers, Frankie and Ralph Goodman.   Melinda is survived by her husband, Tim  Ashley; three children, Michael, Tammy and Skylar Goodman; two brothers, Ronnie Goodman and Arthur Hudspeth Jr.; one sister, Angela Hudspeth; eight grandchildren; her beloved dog, Brownie; along with a host of cousins, extended family and friends.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, October 6, 2025 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery.  Friends may visit from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday.  Memorial gifts are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
