Michael Gary Kelly Jr.

Michael Gary Kelly Jr., 64, of Mt. Washington, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 at Baptist Health Louisville.  Mickey was born in Louisville, KY on October 31, 1960 to the late Michael and Barbara Sue Kelly Sr.   He was a retired vendor for Little Debbie, who enjoyed gaming, vacationing, and spending time with his family and friends.  Mickey is survived by his wife of nearly 44 years, Sheila Wise Kelly; two children, Amanda Fried and Wesley Kelly (Casandra); four sisters, Julie Karcher (Donnie), Jennifer Kelly, Ruth Foley (Jay), and Becky McGaughey (Shawn); a brother, Christopher Kelly; along with two grandchildren, Alaina and Kayla Dingess.  A memorial services will be held 3 p.m.  on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Friends may visit from 12 p.m. until time of service.  Memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to the Robert Alexander Center, 130 Hope Street, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.
