Nancy Lee (Vandiver) Thompson

Nancy Lee Thompson, 72, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Sunday, February, 28, 2021 at Baptist Health.  She was the former Nancy Vandiver, a retired employee of Green Meadows Health Care Center, and a member of Victory Baptist Church.  Nancy enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Harry Thompson; two daughters, Karen and Donna Thompson; a grandson, Brent Cleveland; and her mother, Beulah Vandiver.  Nancy is survived by one daughter, Christine Thompson; two brothers, Noie and Jerry Vandiver; seven grandchildren, Jason, Elizabeth, Clayton, Joseph, Jessica, Rebecca, and Mandy; along with 10 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Quinn Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY.  Friends may visit from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Memorial gifts in her memory are suggested to Victory Baptist Church.
