Owen Edward Paulley Smith, infant son of Michael Smith and Ashley Paulley, went to Heaven on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Norton Women and Children's Hospital. Besides his parents, he is survived by his big sister, Lily Rose Smith; grandparents, Gary and Diane Paulley & Richard "Tony" and Theresa Smith: and great grandparents, Gene Paulley, Marie Burd, and Rose Axtman; along with a host of extended family.
