Patricia Ann (Mefford) Phelps

Patricia Ann Phelps 74, of Louisville, KY passed on November 5th, 2025, at home.  Pat was born on November 2nd, 1951, via a home birth in Jeffersontown, KY to Floyd (Buck) Robert Mefford and Beulah Jean Reynolds. She was the middle child of her siblings, James (Buck Jr.) Mefford and Norma Crain. She married Dale Lee Phelps on March 23rd, 1978, at a Baptist Church in Jeffersontown, KY. Together they had one son, Aaron Scot Phelps, in 1980.  She was preceded in death by both her parents Floyd and Beulah as well as her loving husband who passed on April 4th, 2007.  She is survived by her son Aaron Scot Phelps and her two granddaughters Summer Nicole Phelps and Faith Evelyn Phelps. As well as her brother James Mefford and sister Norma Crain.  Funeral Services will be held on November 12th, 2025, at 10:00am at the Last Supper Chapel at Resthaven Memorial Park 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. Private entombment will occur immediately after the service.  McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home, Mt. Washington, has been entrusted with arrangements.
