Paul Milford Stephens

Paul Milford Stephens, 82, of Bloomfield, passed away January 3, 2025 at his home.  He was a United States Army veteran, a University of Louisville basketball fan, and enjoyed watching tv with his grandkids, especially westerns and cartoons, and fishing and shooting.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jewel Stephens; his parents, Curtis and Eva Stephens; along with a sister, Betty Sizemore.  He is survived by his son, Paul Michael Stephens (Erin); a brother, Virgil Stephens; along with four grandchildren, Landen, Griffin, Kendall, and Briggs.  Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home.  Burial will be held at a later date at Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
