Roger Dale Spence

Roger Dale Spence, 72, of Irvington, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Baptist Health.  He was a former employee of Louisville Drywall.   He enjoyed going to the casino and horseracing. He was preceded in death by a son, Ivan Arney.   Roger is survived by his wife of 34 years, Donna Raper Spence; three children, Steven Spence, Kimberly Peliquin, and Radonna Thornton; two brothers, Ellwood Spence and Sanford Spence; along with 14 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit from 12 to 2 p.m. Wednesday.  Memorial gifts in his memory may be made to the family.
