Rondall High, 88, of Louisville, passed away August 1, 2024 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. He was retired from Naval Ordinance and a United States Army Veteran. Rondall enjoyed horse racing, playing cards, and bird watching. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Bernice High; a brother, Rex High; along with a grand-son, Steven Miller. He is survived by his loving companion, Martha Bischoff; a son, Todd High (Anita); a daughter, Debra Richardson; a brother, Robert High; a sister, Roberta England; along with 4 grandchildren, Lindsay Miller, Kimberly High, Aaron High, and Amanda Wells; along with great-grandchildren, Jessica, Lydia, William, Gavin, and one on the way. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens. Friends may visit after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
