Ronnie Dale Glass

Ronnie Dale Glass, 61, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at his home.  Ronnie was born on April 16, 1964 in Jefferson County, Kentucky to the late James and Virginia Davis Glass.  He was a retired employee of the Bullitt County Road Department, where he worked for over 25 years, and a member of Okolona Baptist Church.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, drag racing, and taking pictures, especially selfies.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patsy Rogers; and a brother, Jimmy Glass.  Ronnie is survived by a daughter, Mindy Kay Glass Yearns (Nathan); a son,  David Glass (Kaylah); mother of his children, Betty Couch; two sisters, Peggy Shields and Sharon Walls (Orville); two brothers, Jerry and Billy Glass; a sister-in-law, Donna Glass; ten grandchildren, Michael Wayne, Peyton Thomas, Jaxton Rhett, Auria, Easton, Tucker, Liam, Koen, Noah, and Cale; his grand-dogs, Dolly, Jolene, and Winnie; his best friend, Brandon "Catfish" Waters, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2026 at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday.  Memorial gifts in his memory are suggested to the funeral home to help with expenses.
