Rose Marie Stumph, 65, of Mt. Washington, returned to the Lord on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Baptist Health. She was the former Rose Donahue, a retired employee of Kroger, and a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington. Rosie loved and was devoted to her family. She loved the beach and exploring the back roads when traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Annis Marie Donahue; and her siblings, Raymond J. Donahue, Allen Donahue, Laverne Reide, and Sharon Brown. Rosie is survived by her loving husband, Ronald "Porter" Stumph; three children, Dewayne Hutchens (Dena), Danielle Branham (Anthony), and Aaron Stumph (Jessica); one brother, Danny Donahue; along with nine beloved grandchildren, Lily, Chandalyn, Isaiah, Katia (Ethan), Isabel, Ahnalyse, Isaac, Ryland, and Copeland. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery. Friends may visit from 12 to 7 p.m. Sunday at McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Monday at the church. Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Crusade for Children in care of the Fern Creek Fire Department.
