Sherley Dean "Bub" Hall

Sherley Dean “Bub” Hall, 93, of Mt. Washington, passed away July 14, 2021 at her home.  She was retired from Bell Telephone Company, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 552, and a member of Mount Washington United Methodist Church, where she was involved in the Methodist Youth Fellowship, Vacation Bible School, teaching Sunday School, and coaching the girls softball team at one time.  Bub’s love was always her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace E., Sr. and Edna Hall; along with her siblings, Elizabeth Bridwell, Jane Moore, Imogene Martin, Horace Hall, Jr., Marvin Lee “Nob” Hall, and Marlene Neal.  She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Sunday at the Mount Washington United Methodist Church with a Eastern Star service at 4 p.m. Graveside services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens.  Friends may visit Sunday from 2 p.m. until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, please make all memorial contributions to the Mount Washington United Methodist Church.
